Manuscript Appraisals

Are you in the middle of writing your business or self-help book and feeling stuck? Or maybe you’ve got to the end and want some feedback?

A book is a brilliant way to grow your business, showcase your expertise and become a thought leader in your field.

It’s also a fantastic way to share your unique message, as well as your knowledge and perspective, with a wider audience in a way that brings value to your readers.

Everyone can remember a book that transformed their view of the world – one that nestled itself deep within their heart and mind, that they refer to again and again.

So, it’s pretty overwhelming to consider writing something so profound for someone. So much so that it can make you feel stuck. You know you have valuable insights to share; you just want to share them in a way that resonates.

And creates impact.

Both for your reader and for your business.

How a manuscript appraisal can help you

A manuscript appraisal service is designed specifically for business book writers or self-help authors who feel they’ve lost their way with their writing. Perhaps you’re halfway through and have lost momentum, or maybe you’re at the end, but you’re just not sure whether the whole thing works.

Either way, a manuscript appraisal provides you with the guidance, feedback, and support you need to transform your manuscript into a polished, marketable book that resonates with readers.

Your appraisal will provide you with:

  • Detailed evaluation of your partial/completed manuscript, which identifies areas of strength and areas for improvement, as well as helps you gain clarity and direction in your writing.
  • One-on-one consultation, which provides you with practical feedback and suggestions for improvement and increases your confidence in your writing abilities
  • Support to help you achieve your writing goals, including developing a plan for moving forward with your writing and improving your book’s marketability.
  • Valuable feedback from an experienced, published author – increasing your chance of success in the competitive publishing world, resulting in a stronger, more polished manuscript.

In a nutshell…

You send me your partial/completed manuscript; I return it to you with a detailed report identifying areas of strength and development, as well as practical suggestions for improvement.

Not only will you get a report, but you’ll also receive a 30-minute feedback consultation via Zoom, so you can ask any questions you might have and develop a plan for moving forward.
